Can I try the platform before committing?
Yes — through the Founding Partners Program: leave a deposit equal to one month of your plan and test the system for 14 days on real cases, with implementation and training included. If it doesn't save you 5+ hours of research, the deposit is refunded immediately; if you continue, it counts as your first month.
Where is my office's data stored?
In European Union data centres (Google Cloud EU region and Supabase in the EU). Data is not stored outside the EU.
Can anyone else see my office's data?
No. Every office is fully isolated at the database level. Neither other offices nor unauthorized persons have access.
How reliable are AvokAI's answers?
AvokAI isn't a judge — it's your digital researcher. It answers only from indexed Kosovo legislation, attaches the concrete source to every answer (e.g. the article and law number) and checks for abolished laws. When there isn't sufficient legal basis, it refuses to answer rather than improvise. You never trust it blindly — you click the source and verify in seconds.
Is my case data used to train the AI?
No, never. AvokAI is built only on Kosovo's public legislation. Your cases, documents and conversations stay in your office's isolated, encrypted environment — and are never used for model training.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Avokati runs in the browser — on desktop, tablet and phone. All you need is an account.
How do I pay?
