Pricing questions
What does the implementation & training fee cover?
Setting up your office, creating accounts for your team, and hands-on training so everyone is productive from day one. On the annual plan this fee is fully waived.
Why the annual plan?
You pay for 10 months instead of 12 (2 months free) and the implementation & training fee is waived entirely. For a boutique office that means €1,000 per year all-in — about €83 per month.
How does the pilot guarantee work?
Use AvokAI on at least 3 real cases during the 14 days. If it doesn't save you at least 5 hours of research work, the deposit is refunded immediately, no questions asked. If you continue, it counts as your first month.
How do I pay?
By invoice and bank transfer, or by card. For the annual plan we also offer installment payment (through your bank) — ask us about the options.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. The annual plan runs for 12 months — in exchange you get 2 months free and free implementation. Upgrading from Boutique to Office & Firm is possible at any moment.
